Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: The above delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Sonoma Store purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within the 15-day window, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item. Use the template provided below for ease.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Pack the unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RA number. Ship to the address we provide.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. This allows us to offer the item to another expecting mother.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item). The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks & Hosiery
  • Socks

Please choose these items carefully, as we are unable to accept them back once they have been shipped.

Refund Timeline & Method

We aim to process refunds promptly after your return is approved.

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we have received and approved the returned item(s).
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value.
