Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your new clothing, sleepwear, or outerwear is the perfect fit for your style and needs.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within the 15-day window, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without this authorization, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
- Ship the Item(s): Carefully pack the unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your Returns Authorization Number. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your request.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. This ensures we can resell the item to another expecting mother.
Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Socks & Hosiery
- Socks (as listed separately in the menu)
Please choose these items carefully, as we are unable to accept them back once they have been shipped.
Refund Timeline and Method
We aim to process refunds quickly once your return is approved.
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we have received and approved the returned item(s).
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as this depends on their processing times.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value.
- Original Shipping Costs: Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
